Invoicing

Invoicing

We invoice in monthly increments for all payroll periods

The total cost markup factor is only applied to taxable compensation

For all non-taxable payments, such as tax-deductible expenses, we invoice at a 1.0 factor. In other words, there are no additional costs to you

For an employee expense that is not considered tax-deductible in Mexico, we will gross up the expense and multiply by the total cost markup factor

Vacations are invoiced upon vacation approval so the employee receives the vacation bonus prior to taking their vacation according to Mexican law

Christmas bonuses (Aguinaldos) are invoiced in November and paid out the first week of December so the employee has time to spend the Christmas bonus

Payment for invoices must be received no later than 2 days before the first payroll date

Annual Profit Sharing (PTU)

Annual Profit Sharing (PTU)

Companies in Mexico that declare profits in their annual tax return must pay 10% of those profits to the employees. HRM has been profitable since day 1. We have been the most trusted EOR / PEO in Mexico for +16 years. Even though the law states that an employer must pay the profit sharing within 60 days from filing the annual company tax return, we pay the profit sharing within 14 days after we file our tax return. YOU ARE NOT INVOICED for the profit sharing paid out to the employee.
